Mount St Helens Erupts.  1981 -- First female supreme court justice is appointed; first space shuttle flight, the Columbia takes off; IBM PC ships out;  Ronald Reagan is president of the US.  1982 -- First genetically engineered product, insulin.  1983 -- Bluford is the first black in space; Compact Disks come out; Pioneer 10 leaves the solar system (OurTimelines.com, 2018).

Death of Father John Jacob Schnetzer, 26 October 1987, Asbury, Warren, New Jersey.  Again, I have as a source the Social Security Death Index, but nothing else.  No obituary, no burial site.

1989 age 57

Death of brother Norman John Schnetzer, 7 January 1989, New Jersey.  Arnold created a memorial fund through the Future Farmers of America (FFA) in his name.  Finally, I have a Find a Grave memorial indicating he is buried in Washington Cemetery, in Washington, Warren County, New Jersey.  Norman's wife Marie is also buried here.
